2. Description of Service
Crawlit is an AI Search Visibility Platform that provides SEO audits, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) insights, sitemap analyses, and search engine indexation tools. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. Subscription Tiers & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription (Plus or Pro plans). Payments are processed securely via Mollie. By upgrading, you agree to the recurrent billing cycle. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local consumer protection laws.
4. User Content & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Passkeys and passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must own or have permission to audit any website domains you track on our platform.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
We do not guarantee specific indexing speed, search ranking positions, or AI mention occurrences, as search engine and LLM algorithms are owned and controlled by third parties. Crawlit is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
